Here's what we know so far about the Tesla RoboTaxi:
Launch Date:Â Â There's no official launch date yet for when robotaxis will be on the road picking up passengers. However, Elon Musk, Tesla's CEO, announced an unveil date of August 8th, 2024. This means we'll likely get a good look at the vehicle's design and features on that date.
Features:Â Â Since details are scarce, it's unclear exactly what the Robotaxi will look like or how it will function. However, Tesla is known for its self-driving technology, so presumably the Robotaxi will be fully autonomous (driverless) Taxi's.
Production:Â Â There have been talks of production starting in late 2025, but this is not confirmed either.
